Facility

 Each apartment unit contains two or three individual bedrooms, a kitchen and a bath.

 The meeting room is used for a weekly AA meeting, a weekly business meeting of residents, recreation, and other purposes.  There is a computer with internet connections available for use by the residents.

 One area of the meeting rooms is used as a lounge, for socializing, watching TV, and occasional community meals.  There also is  private meeting room with a conference table.

There is a spacious outdoor patio, with a grill.
